Cover for accidental loss or damage to Landlord contents caused by a tenant. Subject to policy limits and conditions.
Loss of Rent
Provides cover should the property become uninhabitable due to an insured physical loss or damage to the building. Cover includes prevention of access due to damage to a nearby property, whilst a lease is in place. Subject to policy limits and conditions.
Protection for your legal liability as a landlord for events resulting in death or bodily injury and / or property damage. Subject to policy limits and conditions.
Coverage for instances when the tenant vacates the premises without notice, defaults in paying rent owed under the terms of the lease or as a result of a tenant being legally evicted, whilst a lease is in place. Subject to policy limits and conditions.
