A few tips to make things easy for you

1. Locate your 11 digit client reference. This is located on the left hand side of your invoice.

2. Client Reference: Enter the first 7 letters and 4 numbers.  Ignore all other numbers and do not enter spaces.

3. Invoice Reference: Invoice references starts with I for integrity. This has been prepopulated, so enter only the numbers on your invoice reference starting with zero.

4. Pay Entire Outstanding Account Balance: To pay only this invoice, select No. If you select Yes, you will pay your entire outstanding statement balance.

5. Surcharge: Please be aware that a credit card surcharge will apply – we accept Visa or Mastercard only.
